| March 31 | Annual Dues due to SSHA Treasurer. |
| April 2 | Annual Meeting at Merchants Walk Library. Treasurer presents annual budget at meeting. Elect the 5th member of Board of Directors. Secretary to record minutes at the meeting. Approve new association by-laws. |

| July 25 | Summer Spruce-up at entrances of subdivision. |
